Window installation done right the first time
Proper bucking, structural anchoring, and a weather-tight seal on every opening, by an accountable in-house crew, so your windows pass inspection and perform for decades.
A window is only as good as its installation. We follow the manufacturer and code details exactly, bucking, anchoring, flashing, and sealing, so water stays out and the unit performs to its rating.
What to expect when our crew shows up
A typical home is done in one to three days, depending on how many openings you have. The crew that David quotes is the crew that installs, no subcontracted labor passed off to whoever is cheapest that week. We arrive, mask off the rooms, lay down floor protection, and pull your old windows one opening at a time so your house is never wide open longer than it needs to be. You can stay home while we work.
Before we leave, every opening is set, sealed, and cleaned up, and the debris hauled off. We pull the permit up front and schedule the county inspection, so you are not chasing Broward, Miami-Dade, or Palm Beach paperwork yourself. When the inspector signs off, you get the documentation, including the wind-mitigation report your insurer needs to apply your credit.
The install details that decide pass or fail
A window only performs to its rating if the opening behind it is built right. We set the buck square and solid, anchor into the structure at the spacing the Miami-Dade NOA (or Florida Product Approval in Palm Beach) actually calls for, and never shortcut the fastener schedule to save time. Skipped or over-spaced anchors are the number one reason an install fails inspection or lets go in a storm.
Then comes the part most people never see: flashing and sealing. We flash the opening so wind-driven rain drains out instead of into your wall, and seal the perimeter with the right sealant for stucco and South Florida heat. Done correctly, you get a first-time inspection pass, no leaks years down the road, and glass that holds to the laminated impact rating it was tested for.
